Welcome Chandni and Tomasz!
Welcome to the Dey Lab’s first rotation students, Chandni and Tomasz, who will stay with us for the coming months as part of their master studies at the University of Heidelberg and work closely with Hiral and Jana, respectively.
Chandni will work on optimising immunostaining and expansion protocols in Ichthyosporea and analysing microtubule organisation during syncytial nuclear division.
Tomasz will study the importance of physical restraints in regulating the nuclear division of S. cerevisiae and S. pombe using spheroplasts.
We are all excited to have you here and hope you’ll enjoy your stay!
